But now you must stop doing such things. You must quit being angry, hateful, and evil. You must no longer say insulting or cruel things about others.

As Christians we have to learn to suffer pain from our fellowmen. If we react by being angry everytime then we won’t reap the fruit that God is trying to produce in our life.
