We can never doubt God’s love for us because of the way He has showed it to us. God gave the most precious thing He had – His only Son- for us so that you and I may have life and life more abundant. This love of God should motivate us to sacrifice everything for God and even then our everything is still too small to compare with what God has done for us. He has no pleasure over those who draw back when they see the cost of following Christ. We are to put our hands on the plough and never look back. That will be a small token of appreciation for what God has done for us.
